Jessica and David - 24.07.21
I was introduced to Jessica when she enquired about our styling advice service earlier in the year. Based on the style of Jessica's dress and the style she was hoping to achieve on her wedding day I put together a mood-board including hair accessories and jewellery which would complement Jessicas desired look. Jessica chose to wear SV jewellery and hair pieces on her special day which took place this July in Salcombe and she looked absolutely stunning.
"I can't recommend Sarah enough. Sarah asked me about my style and my dress and then put together a mood board of recommendations for me, as well as providing advice on the type of jewellery I might want to consider for our big day. The pieces were all so beautiful and Immediately captured my style. When I ordered the pieces they arrived promptly and beautifully packaged with a hand written note from Sarah. Every step of the process Is well thought through and so personal. It really Is such a nice experience. I chose one pair of earrings and two small hair slide/grips and loved them both. They were timeless and classic but also unique which was exactly what I was looking for. I have already worn the earrings on other occasions and It's lovely to have versatile and quality pieces that I can wear again knowing they were originally for our big day. Thanks to Sarah for all of her time and effort - It really does show In the quality of your pieces and service."

Tell us your proposal story…
David proposed to me on South Milton beach In Devon. This was and is a favourite place of ours but also very special to us both as it's one of the last places we went with his late Mum.
What advice would you give to any future bride currently planning their wedding?
Enjoy it! Sit down and discuss what you both want and what's most Important to you. As long as you agree on the main things the rest will fall into place, so don't stress.
What is the one thing in your opinion every bride needs on her wedding day?
A smile! Ultimately as long as you and your partner are happy then nothing else really matters.
What was the biggest pain point when planning your wedding and how did you overcome this?
Covid! We just tried to stay relaxed and focus on re-organising the big things. When you have to re-schedule multiple times you quickly become very aware of what’s important to you.
How did you choose your suppliers?
Our venue gave us a helpful list of recommended suppliers which was so helpful given we don’t live in the county.
