Next Day Delivery UK (1 working day)

Next Day delivery is available for delivery to any UK address. Items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour delivery. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 working day. Named Saturday Delivery UK (Guaranteed Saturday delivery )

Named Saturday delivery is available for delivery to any UK address. Items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. Named Saturday delivery is guaranteed and you can expect to your order by 1pm on the Saturday of your choice. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (this does not include bank holidays or public holidays) are dispatched the same day.

European Delivery

We deliver to any address in Europe. Items are sent by Royal Mail and you can expect to receive your purchase within 3-5 working days.

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to any address worldwide. Items are sent securely by Royal Mail and you can expect to receive your purchase within 7-10 working days.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders on time. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, your purchase may arrive late. We cannot be held responsible for the late delivery as we do not undertake the deliveries ourselves and rely on the service offered by Royal Mail.

Deliveries are sent to the address you enter at checkout, so please make sure you enter the correct address. You should also make sure that someone will be available at the address on the specified date. If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel, because there is no-one present to sign for it, it is your responsibility to arrange for it to be re-delivered or collected from the Post Office within the allotted time.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love everything you purchase from Sarah Vuong Bridal Jewellery. But on the rare occasion that it's not right for you, you can return any item to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund: products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you do wish to return an item, please email returns@sarahvuongbridaljewellery.com with your reason for return. We will respond to confirm your return and provide you with our returns address.

We recommend that you opt for tracked postage when you send your return to us. If your item does not arrive, we cannot help and you’ll need to contact your local postal service for further help.

Unless your item is faulty, you will need to pay for the cost of your return.

We process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the return- and send you a confirmation email when the return has been processed.

We will send your refund to the card you used to make your purchase, although it can take up to 14 days for your card provider to credit the funds to your account. Please note, the cost of the original delivery charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

For hygiene reasons, if you want to return earrings, we only accept them if the LOX earring seals are still in place. Please see the disclaimer below for further information.

Disclaimer- LOX hygiene seals are fitted to all of our earrings. LOX hygiene seals can only be used once, if removed or tampered with they will not fit back in place. As a result, earrings with missing, misaligned, damaged and ill-fitting LOX hygiene seals cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the instructions for returns outlined above and make a brand-new purchase online.

Faulty Items

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, we’re happy to provide a full refund once we have reviewed the item and agreed that it is faulty. To return a faulty item, please email us at returns@sarahvuongbridaljewellery.com, explaining the fault accompanied by photographic evidence. If agreed, we refund the full cost of the item, including the delivery charge.
