SARAH VUONG BRIDAL JEWELLERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

· If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and it is in a new and unused condition, you may return your goods in the original packaging up to 14 days after delivery. If the date has exceeded the 14-day period, we cannot complete your return and will have no choice but to send the goods back to you without a refund.

 

· Unless your purchase is faulty, you will need to pay for the cost of the return. To guarantee safe arrival, we recommend you send returns via tracked delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot help if items are not sent by tracked delivery and they do not arrive.

 

· If you would like to return earrings, their LOX hygiene seals must be untouched and the date we receive them must be within the 14-day time period outlined above. Please read our disclaimer regarding the condition of LOX hygiene seals.

 

Disclaimer: We fit LOX hygiene seals to all of our earrings. The LOX hygiene seal system ensures that LOX hygiene seals cannot be removed or tampered with. LOX hygiene seals can only be used once. If removed or tampered with they will not fit back in place. As a result, earrings with missing, misaligned, damaged or ill-fitting LOX hygiene seals cannot be returned. Missing, misaligned, damaged and ill-fitting LOX hygiene seals are used as evidence that the earring has been used, so we cannot accept your return.

 

· If your purchase is faulty and you want to, either, exchange it or get a refund, you are covered by our warranty and we’ll reimburse the cost of your return.

 

· All our bridal jewellery and hair accessories come with a 12-month warranty, valid from the date of delivery. We recommend you read the Jewellery and Accessories Care Guide before use, however, because your purchase will not be covered if it is damaged, used incorrectly or tarnished through ordinary regular use.

 

· Please note, your purchase may differ slightly from the image on our website. In particular, freshwater pearls have an organic shape, colour and form that makes each one totally unique.

 

· From time to time, you may find the size of your product differs slightly from the image and measurements listed on our website.

 

 FREE 12 MONTH WARRANTY

 

All products and hair accessories come with a free 12-month warranty.

 

This 12-month warranty covers you against any faults that may have occurred during the manufacturing process. It does not cover you against accidental damage, incorrect use or for pieces that have become tarnished through ordinary regular use.

 

To qualify, your receipt and its original packaging must accompany the returned item. It cannot to be used for refunds or exchanges for items that have been lost or stolen.
