When an SV Bride joins the team

Hi, I’m Chelsie and I am delighted to be the newest member of the SV team. I recently joined the team as marketing manager, here’s the story…

Back in 2020 when I was preparing to get married in the May, after searching tirelessly for a hair piece I was Introduced to Sarah Vuong Bridal Jewellery by the very talented Kara Scott who is a brand ambassador for SV Bridal and also my bridal hair stylist for when my day eventually does come around. I had looked in the typical places for hair pieces and honestly, nothing took my fancy. As soon as Kara pulled out Sarah’s pieces, I loved them all! Each time she tried a new one in my hair I was adamant that was the one, until I really did find ‘the one’.

Sarah’s business had pretty much just launched when I was lucky enough to discover her beautiful pieces and I was actually one of her very first customers, the website wasn’t even live at this point. I was bowled over with the hair piece itself however when I received it through the post, omg the packaging!! In true marketer style I am a sucker for nice packaging, you just have to look in my closet at all the Jo Malone boxes I have collected over the years to realise that, SV really did have the full package (talking of Jo Malone even the packaging had a spritz of X to really make the unpackaging that little bit extra special).

Since then, I have always stayed in touch with Sarah and offered a marketing helping hand wherever I could and so when a position for a marketing role came up at the business I was absolutely over the moon. To work for a company you have invested in yourself as a genuine customer and followed right from basically day one is a dream come true and I have honestly loved every part of planning my own wedding so to work in the wedding industry is honestly the icing on the cake.

So what will I be doing at SV? I will be working alongside Sarah to increase brand awareness so lots of other brides-to-be have the opportunity to view the beautiful collections at SV Bridal like I did. We will be refining the range to really appeal to our timeless brides ensuring each piece is elegant and romantic offering you sparkle that lasts a lifetime. We hope to plan in some pop ups in the near future so we can meet all you lovely brides-to-be and so you can really see just how lovely our pieces are.
